D series realize nozzle positioning with the combination of electromechanical and visual tech. When the empty drums reaching cap loosening station, the equipment finish positioning and cap loosening, and after heavy drums reaching capping station, the equipment finish capping and visually inspect whether drums are capped correctly. D series are highly automatic, usually equipped with cap organizer, labeler and palletizer, thus occupying more area with long conveyors. Ex-proof motor, air extraction equipment, labeler, palletizer and wrapper are optional.
