System characteristics

Made according to the standard QB/T2501-2000 Gravity Automatic Loading Scale;

The contact material part is made of PPH and PTFE to prevent corrosion;

The system is manufactured with high-end electrical accessories such as Omron RELAY;

The front section of the filling gun is equipped with an additional pneumatic ball valve that automatically closes when not filled to prevent material leakage;

The sealing systems are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is solvent resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and has a long service life;

The filling gun adopts an insertion type filling method to avoid causing materials to fly shallow on the barrel and affecting the outer packaging;

The system adopts a two-stage automatic filling method for large and small materials to improve accuracy;

After the single barrel filling value reaches, the filling gun will automatically lift and wait for the next start;

When the filling gun is not inserted into the barrel mouth, the filling gun automatically lifts and does not perform filling;

When filling, simply manually move the bucket to the weighing table, align it with the gun head, and press the start button to execute filling;

In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to release this filling;

Automatic nitrogen filling to avoid material contact with air
